When can I get human support?

Stampy, our AI assistant is designed to provide quick answers. However if you issue requires additional help or isn’t resolved through self-service, a human specialist will step in to assist you.

When This Applies

  • You need help beyond general guidance
  • You’re experiencing an order issue
  • You need a reprint or refund
  • You have a billing concern
  • You’re dissatisfied with a previous response
  • You request to speak to a human

How Support Works

  1. Start by asking Stampy your question.
  2. If Stampy isn’t able to resolve your issue, it will offer the option to escalate.
  3. When escalated, your case is routed to a Customer Specialist.
  4. You’ll receive a response within our stated SLA (tyically within 12-24 hours)

What Happens Next

  • A specialist will review your case.
  • You may be asked for additional information (e.g., order number or screenshots)
  • If eligible, actions such as refunds or reprints will be processed.

For urgent matters involving production errors or delivery failures, please include your order number to help us respond faster.
