When This Applies

How Support Works
- Start by asking Stampy your question.
- If Stampy isn’t able to resolve your issue, it will offer the option to escalate.
- When escalated, your case is routed to a Customer Specialist.
- You’ll receive a response within our stated SLA (tyically within 12-24 hours)
What Happens Next
- A specialist will review your case.
- You may be asked for additional information (e.g., order number or screenshots)
- If eligible, actions such as refunds or reprints will be processed.
For urgent matters involving production errors or delivery failures, please include your order number to help us respond faster.
