All HeartStamp products are custom-made and created specifically for you based on the design you generate and approve. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the approved design.

When This Applies

• You want to return a product after receiving it
• You changed your mind after placing an order
• You no longer need the product
• You’re dissatisfied with the design you approved before ordering

How Our Return Policy Works

Each HeartStamp product is:

• One-of-a-kind
• Custom-printed
• Created based on your approved design

Because of this:

• We do not accept returns for:
  • Change of mind
  • No longer needing the product
  • Dissatisfaction with the design after approval

We encourage you to carefully review your card before completing your order to ensure everything looks exactly right.

What Happens Next

• Once your order is placed, it enters production and cannot be returned
• If your order arrives with a production issue or error:
  • Please contact support
  • We’ll review your case and work to resolve it
