If your printed card arrives with an error, damage, or a production issue, we’ll work with you to make it right — typically through a reprint or other resolution.
When This Applies
- Your card arrives damaged
- The wrong design was printed
- There is a printing or quality issue (e.g., smudging, alignment, color issues)
- The card does not match your final approved design
What To Do
