What if my printed card has an error?

Summary

If your printed card arrives with an error, damage, or a production issue, we’ll work with you to make it right — typically through a reprint or other resolution.

When This Applies

  • Your card arrives damaged
  • The wrong design was printed
  • There is a printing or quality issue (e.g., smudging, alignment, color issues)
  • The card does not match your final approved design

What To Do

  1. Take a clear photo of the issue

    (include the card and packaging if applicable)

  2. Contact support through Stampy or support@heartstamp.com

  3. Provide:

    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photos of the card
  4. Our team will review your case and follow up

What Happens Next

  • If the issue is confirmed as a production or delivery error:
    • We’ll typically offer a free reprint
    • Expedited shipping may be considered based on timing
  • If the issue relates to the original design submitted:
    • We’ll review options and may offer a goodwill solution where appropriate
