FAQ: Can I get a refund on unused Hearts in my subscription?

All Heart Credit purchases, including top-up bundles, are final and non-refundable. Unused Hearts are generally non-refundable, as they’re part of your subscription and available for use throughout your billing period.

Here are our Terms & Conditions pertaining to Hearts:

• All Credit Purchases Are Final: All Heart Credit purchases, including top-up bundles, are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• Credits Bundled with Products: Credits bundled with product purchases are considered part of the product transaction. If the product is returned, any Credits already redeemed (in whole or in part) prior to the return will be deducted from the refund value or forfeited, as applicable.
• Credits from Promotions: Heart Credits received as part of promotions, referrals, or bonuses are not refundable and have no cash value.
• Account Termination: If your account is suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, all remaining Heart Credits are forfeited immediately without compensation, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
