- If your issue requires additional review, Stampy will offer to escalate.
- You can also type “I’d like to speak with a human” at any time.
- Your case will be routed to a Customer Specialist.
What Happens After you Request a Human
- A specialist will review your case.
- You may be asked for your order number or screenshots.
- You’ll receive a response within our support window (typically before 12-24 hours).
