  • Your printed order has an error or damage

  • You’re dissatisfied with a previous response
  • Your situation feels urgent or complex

How to Request a Human

  1. Ask Stampy your question.
  2. If your issue requires additional review, Stampy will offer to escalate.
  3. You can also type “I’d like to speak with a human” at any time.
  4. Your case will be routed to a Customer Specialist.

What Happens After you Request a Human

  • A specialist will review your case.
  • You may be asked for your order number or screenshots.
  • You’ll receive a response within our support window (typically before 12-24 hours).
