How Heart Credits Work

Heart Credits are part of your overall HeartStamp experience and are designed to support creative exploration.

  • Hearts are issued as part of a subscription or purchased separately
  • They can be used at any time during your active billing period
  • Each design generation uses Hearts to create a unique result

Because Hearts provide access to ongoing creative use, they are not tied to a single outcome or transaction.

What Happens Next

  • You can continue using your remaining Hearts throughout your billing period
  • If you cancel your subscription:
    • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
    • You can continue using your Hearts during that time

Heart Credit Terms & Conditions

  • All Credit Purchases Are Final: All Heart Credit purchases, including top-up bundles, are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
  • Credits Bundled with Products: Credits bundled with product purchases are considered part of the product transaction. If the product is returned, any Credits already redeemed (in whole or in part) prior to the return will be deducted from the refund value or forfeited, as applicable.
  • Credits from Promotions: Heart Credits received as part of promotions, referrals, or bonuses are not refundable and have no cash value.
  • Account Termination: If your account is suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, all remaining Heart Credits are forfeited immediately without compensation, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
